Booking & Payment
- All trainings must be registered for in advance through our online booking system.
- Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your seat.
- A confirmation email with training details and access information (for virtual sessions) will be sent after registration.
Cancellation & No-Refund Policy
- All training registrations are final and non-refundable.
- Cancellations made 72 or more hours prior to the scheduled training may be eligible for a one-time courtesy credit toward a future Quality Beginnings Coaching & Consulting Solutions training within 90 days, subject to availability.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the training and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
- Failure to attend without prior communication will be considered a no-show.
Transfer of Registration
- Registrations are intended for the original registrant only.
- Transfers or substitutions are not permitted without prior written approval.
Virtual Training Expectations
- Participants must log in on time using the provided Google Meet or Zoom link. A quiet space with minimal distractions is recommended.
- Trainings begin and end as scheduled. Late arrivals may miss essential content.
- Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late may be marked absent and may not receive credit or a certificate.
Certificates & Core of Knowledge (CKO) Hours
- Certificates reflecting MSDE Core of Knowledge (CKO) hours are issued only to participants who attend the full training session and meet participation requirements.
- Partial attendance does not qualify for credit.
Training Materials & Use
- All training materials are for individual professional use only.
- Sharing, reproducing, reselling, or distributing materials without written permission is prohibited.
Technical Issues:
- Participants are responsible for reliable internet access and a functional device.
- Technical issues on the participant’s end do not qualify for refunds, credits, or make-up sessions.
