This live virtual training is designed specifically for early childhood educators and providers serving Cecil County. 📅 Date: Monday, January 5, 2026 ⏰ Time: 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM 💻 Format: Virtual (live) Participants will strengthen their skills in observing children with intention and documenting learning in meaningful, developmentally appropriate ways. The session focuses on practical observation strategies, objective documentation methods, and how to use collected information to guide planning, assessment, and family communication. Educators will explore real-world examples, common challenges, and time-efficient tools that support quality teaching and continuous improvement in early learning settings. This training is ideal for teachers, assistants, family child care providers, and administrators seeking hands-on strategies they can apply immediately in their programs.




Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience, please review the following booking policy. Booking & Payment All trainings must be registered for in advance through our online booking system. Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your seat. A confirmation email with training details and access information (for virtual sessions) will be sent after registration. Cancellation & No-Refund Policy All training registrations are final and non-refundable. Cancellations made 72 or more hours prior to the scheduled training may be eligible for a one-time courtesy credit toward a future Quality Beginnings Coaching & Consulting Solutions training within 90 days, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the training and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits. Failure to attend without prior communication will be considered a no-show. Transfer of Registration Registrations are intended for the original registrant only. Transfers or substitutions are not permitted without prior written approval. Virtual Training Expectations Participants must log in on time using the provided Google Meet or Zoom link. A quiet space with minimal distractions is recommended. Trainings begin and end as scheduled. Late arrivals may miss essential content. Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late may be marked absent and may not receive credit or a certificate. Certificates & Core of Knowledge (CKO) Hours Certificates reflecting MSDE Core of Knowledge (CKO) hours are issued only to participants who attend the full training session and meet participation requirements. Partial attendance does not qualify for credit. Training Materials & Use All training materials are for individual professional use only. Sharing, reproducing, reselling, or distributing materials without written permission is prohibited. Technical Issues Participants are responsible for reliable internet access and a functional device. Technical issues on the participant’s end do not qualify for refunds, credits, or make-up sessions.
