The Rooted Package is your comprehensive coaching experience designed to help early childhood providers deeply align their environments and documentation with national accreditation standards such as NAFCC, NECPA, and NAEYC. This package is for programs ready to go beyond the basics — providers who are fully committed to demonstrating quality through intentional practice, clear documentation, and a well-prepared learning space. You’ll receive targeted support that guides you through both the visible and behind-the-scenes work of accreditation. From the classroom layout to portfolio artifact prep, the Rooted Package is structured to help you grow from strong to exceptional.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing the Grow With Quality™ Coaching & Consulting Series with Quality Beginnings Coaching & Consulting Solutions. To provide a smooth and professional experience, please review our policy regarding bookings, cancellations, and session expectations. Booking & Payment: All sessions must be booked in advance through our online system. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. You will receive a confirmation email within 24–48 hours, including any prep instructions and links (if virtual). Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your session at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling less than 48 hours before your session may result in a $25 rebooking fee. Rescheduling requests must be made by email to support@qualitybeginningsccs.com or mdawkins@qualitybeginningsccs.com. ⸻ Cancellation & No-Refund Policy: We understand plans change. Please note that all sales are final. Cancellations with 72+ hours’ notice may be eligible for a one-time courtesy credit toward a future session within 90 days. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice and no-shows are non-refundable and not eligible for credit. No-shows (missed appointments without communication) will not be refunded or rescheduled. Virtual Session Expectations: Please arrive on time to your virtual session using the provided Google Meet or Zoom link. We recommend joining from a quiet space with minimal distractions. Sessions will end at the scheduled time, even if started late. A delay of more than 15 minutes may be treated as a no-show. In-Person Session Expectations: For in-person visits, the provider must be present and the space must be accessible and safe for walkthrough or support. If the environment is not ready or access is restricted, the session may be forfeited or require rescheduling with a fee. Expiration of Services: All coaching and consulting packages must be used within 90 days of purchase unless a custom agreement is made in writing. Licensing & Materials: All materials, tools, and resources provided during your session are for individual provider or program use only. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing files without written permission is not allowed. Questions or Concerns?
